fabric purchase and not have to worry about being short of material. Measurements assure enough material for cutting.
Championship Table Fabric starts with quality:
The cloth is produced in a highly automated 480,000 square foot plant. The
complete production process is entirely self-contained. The "state of the
art" spinning equipment allows the production of a consistently accurate playing
fabric. The "robot" automatically repairs yarn breaks without leaving knots
resulting in less ball deflection. The most modern looms in the world unite,
fill, and warp yarn. Championship cloth undergoes many quality control steps
before reaching your table. Physical inspections are critical to maintain
the highest standards of billiard quality.
Install cloth face up. The face of
the Championship cloth is clearly identified with either a black or yellow line
at the edge of the cloth. To maintain a clean smooth playing surface and extend
wear, brush and vacuum Championship fabric on a regular basis to remove harmful
dust, chalk and lint. Under rail surface should be cleaned with a soft bristled
tapered brush.
Valley Teflon Ultra is available only in Tournament Green
