What's the Difference? What cushion do you need? The key difference between these three cushions is the size. All three of these cushions offer the same angles but are different sizes. The K-55 is the largest size which allows the ball to play faster off the rail than the other two. The K-66 is the most popular rail used on most 8' and home model tables. Unlike the K-55, the K-66 allows for a medium range speed and more accuracy off the rubbers. The U-23 is designed a little smaller than the K-66 and forms the rails on most smaller, coin-op model tables. The idea behind this is allowing for a smaller table with smaller rails which makes for quicker game play and more profit. Remember, these are not interchangeable rubbers. If a table is built for a certain rubber you will have to purchase and replace those rubbers with the matching ones.
